Todd, what a stupid series of comments you made, claiming that the neocon tool Lindsey Graham gets his inspiration from long deceased conservative thinkers, a few of whom (e.g., Willmoore Kendall and James Burnham) Graham probably never heard of, much less read they wrote on international affairs.
